Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located walking distance from some of the best slopes in the midwest at Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort, where not only can you ski and snowboard but as well as dine out and see live events (based on their schedule). This centrally located rental is only a 12 minute drive from Copper Peak, 15 minutes from downtown Ironwood, and a 25 minute drive from Little Girl's Point on Lake Superior.
Good to know
This newly remodeled space offers an updated and relaxing space to call your own while you are visiting. Although the space is one of two townhouses in the building, your comfort and stay are important and the outdoor space will not be shared during your stay.
Other Details to Note
-Currently the inside wood fireplace is not operational, it is our goal to get that up and running. Once we do we will update the listing. -Stairs are spiral. -Both bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. -Heat limited to 75f in the winter -Air Conditioning limited to 70f in the summer -Property is only plowed after 4" of snow by contractor. They likely will not plow while it is actively snowing. -Shovels are in front of the duplex on either side as well as one on the rear deck. -Salt is in the unit in the old kitty liter container. Please let me know if it runs out so I can have my property manager refill it.

Although we are located within a short walk from the resort we recommend a car to travel around our beautiful area, which has plenty of things to do and see all year round. This townhouse has private free off street parking to easily accommodate your vehicle and trailer!
